LOCATIONS : Mumbai
Responsibilities :
Requires an ability to translate customer needs into viable and convincing solutions, often in intensely competitive environments.
An experience in the embedded design, SMPS, Power supply & LED Driver design & technical support.
Willing to travel and meet customers from semi-conductors and lighting/automotive industry.

Should meet existing & new clients and provide technical support to develop new solutions and design win Must have technical knowledge about functions of ICs and semiconductor components.

Key Skills :
A fast learner, having good interpersonal skill, can work along with team, share ideas and knowledge to sales team & help in generating business.
An experience in similar field/ industry is an added advantage.
Travelling and should have own two wheeler.

Education :-
B. Tech/ M. Tech in Electronics and telecommunication/ Instrumentation.
Having ideas of required software.
Masters in a business related field is a plus.

Job Description: -
Candidate with an experience in the distribution of Electronic components/ Semiconductors & similar industry.
Should have a good knowledge of Power Semiconductor products & solutions.
Generating maximum business by cross selling and up selling.
Creating new customers through visits, online search, references, tenders and cold calls.
Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical consulting, negotiation and closure to payment collection.
Coordinating with company CEOs, R&D staff and purchase team to establish business relations.
Understanding customer needs and explaining features and benefits of suitable components/products.

Qualification & Experience
Candidate should be a B.E , BTech with specialisation in Electrical , Electronics .
Having experience of 3-5 yrs in the electrical/ semiconductor/ lighting industry

JOB DESIGNATION : Regional Sales Manager
LOCATIONS : Mumbai
Responsibilities :
Candidate with an experience in the distribution of Electronic components, Power supply & LED Driver design & technical support.
Should have a good knowledge of Power Semiconductor products & solution-SMPS, LED Driver, AC/DC Converters, DC /DC Converters ,active-passive components.
Identify the markets with the highest potential growth for the Company.
Implement the most appropriate sales strategy to penetrate these markets.
Coordinate sales strategy with the Business Development Marketing team.
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
Report on regional sales results.
Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Implement sales strategies for all components in the assigned accounts and territories.
Identify new opportunities with either existing or new customer to build future growth.
Coordinate efforts to support the customers with manufacturer's sales reps, customer service, and distributors

JOB DESIGNATION : Import Executive
LOCATIONS : Mumbai
Responsibilities :
Expediting/routine follow up on status of goods to ensure that suppliers meet delivery promises
Tracking of incoming shipments
Liaising with Clearing Agents on cargo clearance with Customs
Expediting inspection of goods received
Notifying Suppliers on short-shipped, over supplied and faulty items received and taking the necessary action
Liaise with Stock Control on Preparation of GRN
Liaising with Clearing Agents on cargo clearance with Customs
